Jim B. Finley, Ph.D., P.G., Senior Geochemist
Dr. Finley has over 15 years of experience in geochemistry and hydrology, combining advanced academic degrees with industry-experience to produce unique solutions to water quality issues associated with natural resource use. Areas of expertise include aqueous geochemistry, geochemical modeling, isotope geochemistry and hydrology, trace metal chemistry, watershed hydrology, and dynamic systems modeling.
Walter L. Niccoli, P.E., Senior Engineer
Mr. Niccoli has provided technical support and services in the areas of ground water hydrology, contaminant transport, surface water hydrology, and hydraulic design for various projects located in the western United States, Guam, Australia, Canada and Indonesia. Areas of expertise include hydrology, open channel hydraulics, water quality, ground water and contaminant transport modeling, alternatives analysis, health risk assessments, characterization studies, and ground water control designs.
John Welsh, P.E., Senior Engineer
Mr. Welsh has over 35 years experience in engineering and construction of major projects. He has been the lead geotechnical engineer, managing the design, construction field engineering, and quality assurance teams for major tailings dams and water control facilities in the western U.S. and Central America.
Amanda J. Allred, P.L.S, Senior Surveyor
Ms. Allred has worked in the land surveying industry for over 10 years. Her experience includes working for the Bureau of Land Management in the Alaska field office conducting original boundary surveys, construction staking and design for large scale mining reclamation projects, and various subdivision and utilities surveys. This diverse background has provided her with a wide range of surveying experience.
